This noodle is VEGAN🌱,but you can add meat as I did☺️ So I can say that it was really tasty and full of flavor😋 Not dry, not overwhelming, just right. Rich taste with a hint of spice and a pleasant aftertaste. The noodles were firm, not mushy, and had great texture. Feels like something you’d get from a good Asian restaurant.
