The remains of a large building were seen floating down the Kentucky River in Frankfort on Saturday, as severe flooding continues to wreak havoc across the state. Local officials say it may have come from outside Franklin County, but it’s still unclear whether it was a house or a boathouse. The floodwaters have already turned tragic. On Friday, a young boy was swept away and killed in Frankfort. A day later, a 74-year-old man was found dead in a submerged vehicle in Nelson County. 🎥Todd Daugherty via Storyful
