Salt and pepper chicken flatbreads 🔥 This has to be up there with one of my favourite dishes! Here’s how to make it 🤤 1. Cut one red pepper, one green pepper, an onion and a few green finger chillis 2. Put into a pan, season with plenty of salt, black pepper, five spice, garlic, chilli powder, and fry till softened 3. Cut two chicken breasts into pieces, season with salt, and five spice 4. Crack and whisk one egg into a bowl 5. Pour some flour into a different bowl 6. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then coat with flour 7. In a separate pan, shallow fry the chicken on a high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy 8. Once cooked, place on some kitchen paper to soak any excess oil 9. Mix together the chicken with the onions and peppers 10.
