INFO:
The Blue Hole 📍 in Dahab, Egypt is a beautiful place with a dangerous secret. Divers come here from all over the world to explore this cavernous sinkhole. The bottom of the sinkhole opens up to a tunnel - called The Arch, it reaches a depth of 120 m (394 ft). While it’s not exactly clear what makes diving here so dangerous, there are many factors at play. Some divers enter the site who aren’t properly trained, it’s very accessible, and the entry of The Arch isn’t easy to find under water. Nitrogen Narcosis is also a risk. But you can safely dive, snorkel, and explore the stunning reefs.
