Part 1 📍La Bellezza Restaurant, chamberlian Square Birmingham. Loved the vibe here , its giving all the rustic Italian charm. We ordered the La Gran Carbonara which was £19pp home made spaghetti alla chitarra served in a whole round of Pecorino, with crispy guanciale, and lots of pepper. Paired it with a bottle of sweet wine 🥰 chef’s kiss. 🍷🔥 Definitely coming back to try more pasta and maybe some pizza
