Our stores have always maintained the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The claims made in his video are false and misleading. We conducted an internal review, including speaking with the staff member and reviewing our security footage in detail. It is evident in the footage that the customer was presented the product by our team member before packing and sealing the box. The customer appeared very satisfied with their selection at the time of purchase - evident by the smile on his face and approving nod. Additionally, the item chosen was a take-home product meant to be heated before consumption. This is why it was presented in that manner. If having this product warm is preferred we urge any customers to let our team know—we’re always happy to accommodate special requests. False information can be harmful, particularly where comments were made about the quality of the product before the box was even opened and immediately after his seemingly positive experience in store.
