The family behind this Coolidge restaurant is related to the OG location and you’re guaranteed to get the same quality & flavor! @pollo_lucas_az is known for their delicious charbroiled chicken. 🔥 In addition to their staple dish, I was very impressed with their authentic Spanish rice & beans! It honestly took me back to my childhood. All of the salsas and toppings are fresh. Believe it or not, one of the best things that I ate from here was their ceviche! The mom is originally from Sinaloa and she knows all about good mariscos!
