One of the OG spots in Sydney, Ryo’s Noodles has been running since 2003 and apparently the first shop to open with real tonkotsu broth in Sydney! It’s been really popular among Sydneysiders and approximate waiting time to get the table is quite decent on the weekend but I still recommend going early if you don’t wanna wait.
